What we do
CNMOTOS is an independent, editorially-run guide to global motorsport. Rather than chasing every headline as it breaks, we focus on something most racing media skips entirely: explaining, in full, how each motorsport discipline actually works. Our library currently covers sixteen distinct racing categories spanning one, two, three and four wheels — from Formula 1 and MotoGP down to grassroots karting, sidecarcross and competitive sim racing.
Every guide on this site is written as a complete standalone resource: the rules, the scoring system, the machinery, the history and a glossary of terms a newcomer will hear during their first broadcast. Our goal is simple — a reader with zero prior knowledge of a series should be able to read one CNMOTOS guide and understand it well enough to enjoy watching that weekend's race.
Why we cover every discipline equally
Most motorsport media concentrates almost entirely on Formula 1, with occasional attention paid to MotoGP or NASCAR. We think that undersells the sport. Rallycross, endurance racing, drifting, touring cars and sidecar racing all have deep rulebooks, real technical nuance and passionate global fanbases — they simply rarely get the explainer-style treatment that helps new fans in. CNMOTOS was built to close that gap, one complete guide at a time, with more disciplines and deeper reporting added as the site grows.
